Geocaching!

First time geocaching was a hit! Though it didn't start out that way. After several "hangouts" with Dad, we found the cache in the trees near by. We drove just 3 miles from the house to a boat launch site by the river, got out and began using the compass on the c:Geo app. I looked at the coordinates and thought I had to match them up somehow. It took us into the woods, mud, prickly plants and water everywhere. I don't know what I was doing, but could see that was NOT mild terrain! Lol. So Dad said to just follow the arrow on the compass (too easy) and it led us to the cache. Yay!

The kids were sooo excited! They loved it. Each of them wanted to take something, it was a bit difficult to convince them otherwise. But I did. Then Tracker lost the stinking prize down the stream. 30 min of looking later, we decided to leave yet another item, to be able to take another item. Lol.  We will definitely be doing this again. It really was an adventure.

28 weeks

81 more days people!!! Feeling like I could burst at only 28 weeks is not comforting. But I'm used to it. Little Taft/Tayte is growing and getting stronger! :-)

THM Breakfast

Bought groceries to eat THM for a week and a half. So this morning we started out with sourdough pancakes, homemade Greek yogurt, and cantaloupe. Mmm!

Mary Rose is Cute

We are back in Hawaii and ready to spend some time at the beach.  This little girl is so happy to see her Papa again! We adore her silly faces she makes.  She's stolen our hearts for sure.

Big brother

Trayton is an awesome big brother. :-) He really loves Tell.

Aviation Trade Show

Here's us with Patrick and Jessica. She was born without arms, yet can do karate, surf, is a licensed pilot and many other things that are easy for us, yet hard for her to learn. She was very inspiring for the kids. :-)

Adventures in Anchorage

We traveled to Anchorage on Saturday to meet up with an old highschool friend, Patrick Chamberlain, and his wife, Jessica Cox. On the way home we stopped at this cool campsite and the kids had a blast.
