School

WE have a new kindergartener at the Lowell house. Everyone is loving school! It is such a wonderful thing. I have made good non-member friends by being involved with the school. I feel I can better be in the world but not of it.

Our cute kids are gaining social skills and appreciate home so much more after a day at school!

HUGE Halibut!

Okay, okay. You guys will think that Travis gets huge fish all the time, but this is so rare! He just caught a 244 lb halibut! The biggest fish he's ever caught! It made our newest family Christmas pic! Trayton & Tustin were really groggy having just woken up from the nap they took on the drive down to Deep Creek. So they're both about to cry in the pic by themselves, so unlike them!
And below was taken a week ago, on a "really hot" day (about 70 degrees). I let the boys run in our freshly grown grass in nothing but they're bathing suits all day! I lathered the sunblock on, their little bodies haven't seen that much sun in a loooong time! (Mom can you believe we have grass in our backyard?)

Reunion

I wanted to put this slide picture on because I think it has a slightly better angle and you can see everyone's face. Also we need to see the Holt Family Cousin Singers. For the finale Vilate comes in and does the splits!
And of course a Reunion wouldn't be complete without an apron shot!
